Product: Bulk Payment Registries

joined the team at the early MVP stage and created a feature-rich product that supports working with multiple companies within a single interface (holding mode).
led user research: conducted interviews, ran A/B tests, quantitative surveys and metric tracking.
my design allowed: increase the number of payments per registry from 10 to 15,000 & grew product adoption by 70%, with most new users from cyber business segment.


Product: Operations Feed + Holding Mode + Multibanking

operations feed — the product on the Alfa Bank homepage, showing all user activity: incoming and outgoing transactions, bank messages, payment registries, fees, and scheduled payments. it’s the most frequently used part of the platform and represents the bank’s core user experience. what i’ve done and what i’m doing now:
led a full redesign of the transaction table: improved readability of large data sets, enhanced filtering and designed two display modes for flexible data handling
presented and defended the solution to the DS team, CFO, and key stakeholders
conducted in-depth interviews with users and enhanced some solutions, then ran front-end reviews before and after release
my product has been rolled out to 70% of all business clients
currently finalizing user flows for integrating multibanking into my product.
It will allow users to view transactions from their accounts in other banks.
the main challenge: creating a unified space where users can manage operations across up to 70 companies (holding mode) and across multiple banks — seamlessly and without overload.
